Internal Auditors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review assigned organizational and functional activities in the Group.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls over these activities.
- Prepare audit programs and procedures.
- Perform internal audit procedures in accordances with approved audit programs.
- Report audit findings and make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions.
- Draft internal audit reports, when required.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Possess a graduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications and have knowledge of fundamentals in accounting, economics, commercial law, taxation, finance, quantitative methods and computerised information systems.
- Minimum 2 years experience in internal auditing.
- Past working experience with an established public accounting firm would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in applying internal auditing standards, procedures and techniques.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
- Willing to and can travel within Malaysia and overseas with short notice.
