KLCC Projects Sdn Bhd, (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur City Centre Berhad), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd is in search of committed and success driven individuals to join the KLCC Project Management team in providing total project management services to our clients, East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC).

MANAGER (PROJECT)
(based in Kuala Lumpur)
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulates overall project implementation plan and procurement strategies.
- Review the project brief, project cost plan and budget
- Facilitate a. develop Risk Management Plan.
- Prepare, monitor and control project execution to achieve the objectives in the Project Management Plan.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in construction industry.
- Experience in infrastructure, agiculture, tourism. manufacturing and mixed development is an added advantage.
- Registered with relevant Professional Body and Certified Project Management Professional PMP) is an advantage.

MANAGER (HSE)
(based in Kuala Lumpur)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and implement environmental, health and safety policies in compliance with regulatory corporate and insurance requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a certified health & safety officer with NOSH / DOSH.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in health and safety.
- Familiar with the formulation and implementation of project based health & safety systems.

MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)
(based in the East Coast)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor the construction management inclusive of ensuring the contractors adhere to contract requirements and specifications, monitoring the progress of work, evaluation of progress payment, attending progress meetings, reviewing the contractor’s submissions, resolving site issues and witnessing all site testing
- Liaise and coordinate with al parties as to ensure successor the project’s implementation. (e.g. client, consultants. contractor, relevant agencies / authorities and etc.).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in managing large infrastructure project would be an added advantage .

PROJECT PLANNER / SCHEDULER
(based in Kuala Lumpur)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the WBS and project schedule of the principle phases, project activities, event, durations, sequencing, Waling key activities and milestone events, constraints and influencing factors affecting the project schedule.
- Provide the team with an Integrated, comprehensive management tool providing critical path method scheduling.
- Undertake planning scheduling studies (analysis) include, identification of potential and delay activities and impacts of critical components of the project.
- Provide information and feedback, on construction productivity, output, resourcing, durations and sequencing of future piercing applications.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture / Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in multidiscipline of construction project
- Knowledge in using Project Management tool eg. Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Registered with relevant Professional Body is an advantage.

SENIOR ENGINEER — CIVIL & STRUCTURAL
(based in the East Coast)
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and managing projects to ensure timely completion in budget and quality.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in construction project with experience in infrastructure projects.
- Registered with relevant Professional Body is an advantage.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(based in Kuala Lumpur)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate consultants / project team in the preparation project cost plan and budget.
- Coordinate the preparation of tender documentation / RFP until the appointment of consultants /contractors.
- Administer the review and process of all the contractors / consultants payment and claims.
- Prepare and coordinate the periodical Mandel report.
- Review and coordinate with the contractor and consultant, VO in contract close out.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree In Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years working experience In construction project with 2 years in Quantity Surveyor firms.
- Registered with relevant Professional Body is an advantage.

Candidate must have good communication interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. candidates must also possess the required attributes such as being self driven, highly motivated and team player be able to work in the following work environment:-
