 YTL Power Services was founded in 1993 as the operation and maintenance company for YTL’s Combined Cycle Power Plants in Paka, Terengganu (800 MW) and Pasir Gudang, Johor (400 MW) and is now also operating additional Power Plants in overseas. YTLPS is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company with high standards of commitment in quality assurance, environmental awareness and occupational safety & health management.
Due to recent expansion of activities in this segment, we are looking for a suitable candidate to be part of our team.

HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)
The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources Department in Human Resource Services, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Payroll Administration and Human Resources Functions
- Good knowledge of MS Office and able to handle computerised payroll
- Must be conversant in labour laws, payroll issues and other prevailing HR practices
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
- Proactive, results-driven, resourceful and able to meet deadlines
