The candidate shall posses an experience with handling of employees data and records with regards to Individual file, Medical records, Insurance records, claim, renewal and arrangement, Legal Industrial relation, Work permit application, passport maintenance, HSE training records and updates.
To be able to plan for manpower recruitment, prepare reports on staff performance, appraisal, and budgeting.
The minimum academic qualification is Diploma in Human Resource Management and 3-5 years experience in the similar line.
