(More than 10 years of recruiting experience in a large organization. Or as a headhunter)

An Industrial Relations lawyer
(At least 5 years of legal or IR experience, either in a large company or with a legal firm)

A HR analyst
(At least 3 years of working experience, with finance backgrounds and extremely proficient with quantitative analysis)

A senior content developer
(At least 5 years experience as a training content developer, consultant or instructional designer – if in a corporate environment, an added bonus)

A senior talent management person
(More than 10 years experience managing talent or developing people in a large organization, or in a consulting environment)

A senior learning methodologies person
(At least 10 years experience in a learning environment with hands-on instructional design experience along with expertise in learning technologies)

A business analyst
(At least 5 years in an intensive operations environment with experience in business consulting and client services in learning management systems, content development and interactive architecture)
