TM Memplewa calon luar untuk mengisi jawatan-jawatan di bawah:
1. JURUTEKNIK(Penang, Kedah, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Selangor ,Sarawak,
Job Responsibility
1.
Merancang, mengatur dan melaksanakan penyenggaraan berjadual dan pembaikan kenderaan diluar jangka (Adhoc) secara dalaman (inhouse) dan bergerak (mobile)
2.
Menerima, memeriksa dan menguji kenderaan sebelum dan selepas penyenggaraan dan pembaikan.
3.
Memeriksa dan mengesahkan semua alatganti yang ditukar mengikut spesifikasi.
4.
Memeriksa dan mengesahkan tuntutan invois pembayaran pada vendor.
5.
Merancang & melaksanakan pemeriksaan teknikal berkala pada kenderaan termasuk pra-pemeriksaan kenderaan perdagangan sebelum pemeriksaan PUSPAKOM.
6.
Memeriksa dan membuat penilaian kenderaan kemalangan dan kenderaan yang dilupuskan.
7.
Memantau, menyelia dan menilai prestasi vendor.
Job Requirement
Ø
Sijil dalam bidang automotif
Ø
Berumur tidak lebih 30 tahun
Ø
Mempunyai lessen memandu kelas D
Ø
Boleh bekerja dalam keadaan terdesak
Ø
Baik dalam komunikasi perhubungan awam
Ø
Rajin, dedikasi dan jujur
Ø
Pengalaman tindak diperlukan tapi satu kelebihan
Ø
Pengetahuan asas dalam pengendalian komputer
2. MANAGER SOUTH (JHR/MLK/NS)
Job Responsibility
1.To execute and monitor vehicles road worthiness and reliable by effective implementation of maintenance program, ensuring all vehicle in compliance with government regulation to minimize vehicle breakdown time and maximize vehicle availability.
2.To plan and carryout service Maintenance on all vehicle by monitoring implementation and effective execution of scheduled service maintenance, recommended by OEM to ensure vehicle timely undergoing preventive maintenance.
3.To coordinate and carry out customer demand and expectation through customer satisfaction survey on service deliverable, customer visit and feedback to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
4.To manage , monitor, control the operational budget by monthly tracking, analyzing activities and performance in order to achieve the desired cost efficiency within budget parameter.
To manage, monitor, control and carry out TMFA key processes efficiently and effectively through systematic performance tracking regularly and to plan corrective action to achieve acceptable quality level.
5.To plan, execute strategies, motivate and assist to develop staff skill and competency according to latest technology by attending proper training and training need analysis to improve overall effectiveness in meeting future business need and requirement.
To manage and monitor and response in respect of vehicle’s summon issues through liaising with relevant authorities to ensure zero disruption on usage for the vehicle
6.To monitor, analyse vendor performance through close monitoring and analysis of services rendered timely and of high quality to ensure vendor compliance with standard time, specification, terms and condition of agreement.
7.To develop, organize and implement customer care program through analysing customer feedback, authority or legal requirement (JPJ) and educate customer defensive driving knowledge to ensure all vehicles usage compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Job Requirement
1.Bachelor in related field ie Automotive/Mechanical
2.Strong leadership skills, with extensive experience in dealing with management
3.Strong analysis & preparing proposal paper
4.Strong verbal and written communications skills
5.Ability to priorities work and work with minimum supervision .
3. MANAGER SARAWAK
