Responsibilities:
- Overall in charge of a courier station
- Responsible for overseeing its operations, sales, collection, customer service, finance, HR and admin functions
- Heads a station of 5 to 30 persons
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma in any field
- Possess own transport
- At least 2 years working experience in sales and managing people
- Aggressive self starter and able to work under own initiative and minimum supervision
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
SALES EXECUTIVE / REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE
(Petaling Jaya, Klang, Serdang, Medan Batu Caves, Melaka, Penang)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and overseeing the customer portfolio of a station or region
Requirements:
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven and enjoys working under pressure
- Aggressive self starter and able to work under minimum supervision
- Possess own transport
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
(Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam, Melaka, Senai)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s enquiry and other matters
- Provide customer support and assistance
Requirements:
- Minimum STPM or Diploma in any field
- Possess at least 1 year related working experience
- Good common sense and interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
