Manager/Assistant Manager, Operation
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and control all activities in operational areas
- Monitor and evaluate operation performance based on periodical reports
- Ensure excellent services for internal and external customers
- Carry out operations audit based on standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Manage and monitor the performance of 3R programmes and activities
- Ensure adherence and compliance of Company’s SOPs, safety and health and ISO requirements
- Design and implement tools for improvement of performance of staff, department and contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering or any related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ related working experience and at least 3 years in managing field employees
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong leadership skills

Executive, Operation
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to subordinates relating to the execution of operation plan
- Establish workforce planning including routing, scheduling and motion study
- Monitor and evaluate operation performance based on periodicals
- Resolve routine operational issues
- Execute operational related projects for cost saving programme
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering or any related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’working experience as an Executive in the service or manufacturing industry
- Must be analytical with a good supervisory skills
